What is happening to this road construction? I used the road on Friday and realised the construction machines are no longer there. And the constructor had just done around TWO KILOMETRES in TWO YEARS… What went wrong for our dear country?
huyo contractor ni joker.but at least the done sections are really good. yote ikimalizwa it will be a good wide road. 20 mins mrg-kenol before ntsa watukujie. btw it’s not 2 yrs since work commenced
If I am not wrong construction started late 2013, and the constructor has now withdrawn all that machines.

And Kenyans create ruckus that Chinese are winning every road construction tender. A month doesn’t end without me passing through the road and it’s he’ll all the way to Murang’a.

That is a different Road all together, he was talking of re- routing Kenol - Sagana - Marua dual carriage way Road Via Murang’a.
i use that road kuenda ocha at least once per month so trust me the road ilianziwa 2014.
kwa hio article kuna pic ya roadi in 2015 Jan. being patched up. plus if they construct the road as single carriageway, dual carriageway will be out of the question for at least 3-4 years that’s why Kembi Gitura was raising the issue.

Sure coz turnover of majority of these Chinese firms is above 500 million ksh whereas average turnover of kenyan firms is <50 mill
