KeNHA awards 82 kms Kshs 2 Billion Narok-Maasai Mara Sekenani Gate C-12 Road contract

Today the Ministry of Transport through Kenya National Highway Authority has awarded the contract for the construction of the C-12, 82 kilometers Narok-Maasai Mara Sekenani Gate road. Construction is to commence in 3 weeks time. However since the condition of the road is currently bad, the ministry has immediately deployed a contractor to carry out emergency works such as grading and spot graveling to ensure that the road has smooth riding surface before the start of the contract.

Hehehe. Nilisoma story ya jamaa wa tiny blue Alfa nikajua gari haiwezani. Acha tukapewe ma-bj kichakani Mara kwanza.

Btw iyo road ni kama 80km rough road ukibranchia after Narok. Kama huna 4 by 4 unatoka huko na slipped vertabrae.

wakati wa campaign villagers kule mashinani hawatataka kujua, governors, senators, MCAs, MPs wote they will take credit for all these infrastructural developments. Watasema wao ndio waliambia Serikali ilete maendeleo

it’s a machiavellian thing…you associate yourself with good works hoping to steal some of the credit for yourself…

That pic was taken during the Narok Investment Conference. However Gov. Samuel Kuntai Ole Tunai is a gentleman, hardworker and plays his politics strategically. He is using his skills as a spymaster effectively.

Work on outering, though commendable at a glance, is progressing at a snails pace. They will be hard pressed to meet deadlines.

Actually its moving fast only that we are the ones messing the contractor. They keep finding utilities where its not mapped or shouldn’t be, like today they found fibre optics on the slipways joining Thika road. Now they wait for it to be relocated or redirected before the continue. That keeps on happening over from the start. Then court case for people to be forced to move that’s holding up work. For example Taj Mall is holding up some kilometers of work that should have been done.

What’s the need of a smooth road when you drive a V12? A true tourist should tackle a rough terrain before reaching paradise

NAme should now be changed to ghost mall.
No business in that mall…

The owner is asking for 1 billion yet he built on a road reserve

Hata leo nimeona wamekata fibre hapo City Mortuary. Btw si kuna mto hapo wanapochimba?

:D:D:D Ati birrions?
