I would assume when in town one leaves their car at a familiar and safe place…Ken is a prolific author so he definately frequents kijabe street a lot

Kenyan cops aren’t interested in such jobs and you know why.
Calling them from their normal beats to allocate one land cruiser to take a body to the mortuary is a distraction from other fruitful engagements and the faster they are done away with it the better.
