KCB Fraud

Kindly be checking your accounts weekly. Juzi I found out that KCB had ‘recovered’ a loan from my account. The bank wiped that account clean. Upon enquiry at one of the local branches, walisema it was a KCB-Mpesa loan of which I have never registered with nor do I have any loan facility with the bank. I suspect some insider stole money then manipulated their systems to register the money as loans issued to various customers. The irritating thing is that the bank claims that it will take 14 days before reversal
