Its been over a week trying to open an account in KCB for a business i have, where can the issue be since the search was successful but still the guy who is meant to do the work keeps giving an excuse after excuse.
It takes some time to verify your company documents (certificate of registration, KRA PIN, etc). Most delays happen in verifying details of the company certificate hapo sharia house (last time it was hapo, maybe its been devolved to huduma am not sure). But these days these things should never take more than a few days maybe kuna mtu sleeping on the job.
Walk in and demand to see the branch manager! make noises hapo you will be sorted. While at KCB request them to open for you a Biashara A/C its the best as you (biashara club member) get to go first in any teller services for 1,000 a month. It helps you don’t have to queue very long hours. They also invite you to free seminars read free food, drinks & business skill training from time to time.
