This technology has been there since 2002, where have you been? enda massey furgusson ama john deer saa hii, wako na hio tech hapa Nairobi already. just that in Kenya, farms are too small to actually implement autonomy successfully
@Tia Dalma Si ukuje tununue shamba na hii kitu moja we retire at our new home in peace :rolleyes::rolleyes:
the future I envision is one not of tractors but automated CNC routers fitted with farm implements (like farmbot.io )
do you guys know that these stuff huharibu shake? Case study, Kitale
@AMB_Sunday tafadhali fafanua kabla niingie box ya @grandpa
@grandpa hio shamba isiwe ya acres iwe ya km2
I agree that these mechanisms help farm but kutumia sana huwa inawaste the soil fertility juu tractors dig up the soil, sending the fertile top layer further deep into the ground. This usually happens much slower but with time it can render your farm useless without proper improvising.
I prefer the ox plough because it is not so deep⦠Kitale used to be the best place to purchase land but not today ju kila mtu hutumia tractors yet these things actually down the line drain the soil fertility if you donāt take precautionsā¦
