Why should a landlord pay a tenant if the land lord wants to redevelop his property? The govt owns the houses so why should tenants be given money to move out, they should only have been given a 3 month notice as per the law.
Imagine you are a landlord having an old bungalow on 1/2 acre pale lavington and want to demolish it you put high rise apartments. Why would you compensate the bungalow tenant ati ndio aheme? You are supposed to give him a 3 month notice and akikataa kuhama you kick him out.
