I will be heading to the city of Kampala in a few days, but after looking at the Uber Charges (via their site), I am confused as whether to use a regular cab or just hunt for Ubers. For example from Entebbe to KLA,a 42km journey they are charging UGX 90,000.(about 3k)
Anyone with KLA uber or Taxi experience?
what I know about normal taxi in KLA, what they offer you as the price, divide that by three and give them that counter offer!

Traffic in Kampala is terrible so lazima hio fuel cost iko juu
Panda nduthi it’s 25K from Entebbe to Kampala, it will save you time because the traffic jam on that road can get crazy especially when entering Kampala.

I don’t think he knows his way around Kla, plus your sebo will charge him 3k + Fuel. @Keffjoinange make sure you get a yellow fever jab before crossing over ama ubebe hongo.

The road to Entebbe is smooth all the way.
Kampala is relatively warm hata wasee wa nduthi utawapata tu na tisho na to the extreme only what you need ni sweta

Fika ebbs and nego that fee with taxi cabs minimum will be 6ok.
Smooth yes but traffic is chaotic.
It takes me 2hrs sometimes and at best 1hr.
Reminds me of a fisi who left kampala to Lugazi on a bajaj juu ya slices usiku coz means were not available.
