UFC fights are not won on having good cardio, its a combination of several factors speed, power, endurance, explosiveness & LUCK!
your cardio will only help a fighter as the fight drags on later rounds, the first few rounds, with all your cadio a well landed shot in first few seconds will take you out!

I go to the gym thrice a week and the cardio section is always fucking empty. Niggas busy lifting weights and cant run for five kilometers.
With all your endurance you wouldn’t last 5 minutes in a UFC match. One serious punch and you’re KO’d. Strength is at the baseline of all physical performance. The so called gym rats will take a month to practice for the marathon and beat you at it, and still be able to punish you on a one to one.
Don’t bring your frustration for not gaining mass to those who gain. Why go to the cardio section when you do them before jogging in the morning?
There is a reason why fights are organized into weight classes. In my opinion, you only need two things to beat most people in your weight class. A good chin that can take a beating without quitting, and good cardio so that you don’t gas out like a bitch. Anyone can throw punches. You get into that cage and test your opponent’s heart.
With big muscles you look l strong to 99% of the population, only gym rats know big muscle do not mean huge strength!
Most of us train for aesthetic purposes only and to look fit, key word look! Cardio is not required to look fit:D
