Nonsense of an african force. What is the use of that cap (kofia) in his current deployment. If you are to protect yourself why not do it fully from the head

Its common to see them this way. Even when they go to suguta valley sometimes they have a bullet proof vest but an exposed head. Whats annoys me most however is seeing someone on duty with those useless ceremonial sticks they usually carry. That thing is so out of time you will never see it with any police force worth its salt.

well, the young democracies like ours have some distance to go. Consider that annually, 10k of them are recruited without adding them uniforms and such

Swagger Stick is a very important symbol of Authority in the disciplined forces…authority yake is equivalent to very many guns

Its only important in africa where we value show more than purpose. Hata yule pilot wa Ruto alimnyaganya the lady cop na akamchapa nayo plus a sweep. I can only imagine that there is a full tender that goes to procure those silly sticks maybe even from abroad

That was a baton…swagger stick ni tofauti wacha nikuewekee picha uone

Unless sikuona vizuri. Anyway i know the swagger stick. The thin long stick they put under armpits

Hehe hio stick hunikumbusha Big Boss Man wa WWF.
