That setting is too high na inaku dehydrate usiku, ndio maana unapata headaches.
Reduce setting as advised and try putting a wet flannel over it before you sleep.

Pia mimi hu-set hiyo 5 ama 6 lakini iko na timer and it only goes on for an hour kabla niingie kejani na another hour usiku wa manane plus kitu 0ne hour kabla niamke.
That way i am not bothered by it. I can`t stand artificial heating ata kwa ndae,it dries my skin up and makes me very uncomfortable.
