I don’t know the status of that land at the moment but all those buildings sit on a road reserve they were almost demolished but they went to court to block it. However, I’m sure one day the road will be built so anyone who intends to buy should be aware of this.
It’s built awkward because part of those plots were purchased and quickly developed with the knowledge that a road was to go through there.. so compensation was the objective. The Chinese contractor had a hell of a time building that section.
