If you have a flash disk/CD on your car, just take
caution that MCSK inconjuction with NTSA will
pounce on you and fine you if it contains any Kenyan
music and you don’t have their permit.

Do you have a link? source?:cool::cool:
There is a county law that gets you confined in jail if you fart in public, especially mbosho. They call it public nuisance.

Effortless extortion tactics

As long as you have a functioning radio in your car, they’ll still pounce, whether the USB/CD is there or not. They’ve been principally targeting PSVs in the last few wks, I dunno about private vehicles.

…ok…to be on the safe side no more music kwa flash disk. i love reggea but it will be hard to convince someone that burning spear is jamaican not kenyan

My exact thoughts. How do they just seize your flash ki mandazi-mandazi?

Exactly as I’d stated in my earlier comment. My guess is ‘commercial vehicles’ could mean even taxis.

I also wonder if they have a laptop ready for checking on the content. Ama wanatumia karetio ka @Uweskamweu kale kanatumianga makaa sa tochi
