Jumia Black Friday is a hoax

After seeing a couple of ads flying around, I was very interested in participating in this year’s Jumia Black Friday promotion, however, after scouring the continent’s largest e-commerce website and looking at the deals, I have concluded that Jumia Black Friday 2021 is a hoax.

very true… I have been looking for years… Carrefour is genuine… jumia, even the things advertised are not there…

Ugandans are simps and All Black Friday s are hoax marketing gimmicks like Valentine’s day sales.

Jumia black friday is a hoax!

The desperation of techies being left high and dry each November since 2014.

Nunueni alcohol and food stuff like normal people

Having said that, serious electronics vendors are moving away from the platform to selling exclusively via their own stores + social media. When was the last time you saw a MacBook on Jumia?

For me I always track something way before Black Friday so that I know a deal when I see one… Never be excited about 60% off… Of What!?

For instance, 5 Years when I wanted a PS4 I tracked it and found that it was actually way cheaper for a period before Black Friday

Most items are more expensive

Black Friday save pesa and nununua stuff from US sites- amazon, costco, bestbuy etc

Jumia Black Friday has been a hoax for several years now. The fees charged to sellers, delivery fees and counterfeits rings its death knell. Appliances and electronics are cheaper even at the supermarkets.

Just checked out the delivery fees. They are outrageous. For 2 bulbs it costs kshs 478

The only thing i bought from jumia ni ile mafuta ya kupikia ya 3ltrs inaitwa rina.kwangu that was a deal considering vile bei zak zimepanda lately

I believe you.
