Hio ya kutengeza ni tricky juu some fruits are seasonal…hiyo ya hapo jkuat wao nunua different flavours kwa mitungi and only pack them for sale

Uko sure wananua hizo juice?? I think it’s more profitable to source the fruits and make the juice yourself.

Very sure.I have never seen even a single fruit or blender ama matunda yoyote

Hizi juice hutengenezewa nyumbani jioni, mchana kazi ni kuuza tuu.

Back in 2012 tulikuwa tunauza fruit salad with a friend of mine kampuni ilikuwa inaitwa Kenfruit pop n sip it was good lakini wakati wa mvua ulipofika tukawacha kuuza, we would get the fruits from Marikiti tunazitengeneza halafu tunauza

Wakati wa mvua na baridi watu hawakua wananunua we were making loses, tulikuwa tunatengeneza 25 containers of fruit salad nne pekee zinanunuliwa tulikuwa tunakula most of our stock, but it was a good business

Back in my days pale Masinde Muliro me and my boys tulikua tunauzia students mango juice hapo nje ya church, we used to make it early in the morning tu naingia church and then just before father amalize mass tunajitoa na kukaa hapo kwa gate na merchandise. Juice ilikua mbao na tulikua tunauza sana especially the first 1.5 months after semester kuanza. Sales were good but they would decline as students got broke. Ubaya tulikua tunakunywa profit yote tunabakisha capital ya next Sunday pekee. But they were good times.

This how fruit juice for sale is made in a nutshell:
Extract the pulp from the fruit and remove the seeds and sieve, pasteurize the pulp adding the required sugar and preservatives (be careful, know the right amounts of preservatives). Put that concentrate in sterilised plastic drums and store. You can now be drawing the concentrate, dilute and pack in bottles for sale. Hope it helps.
