Judiciary under siege

The utterances at Baringo were unfortunate, uncalled for and a summation of what the incumbents are all about: IMPUNITY.
And the CJ has rebuked those callous utterances with the contempt they deserve. Jubilee is in power coz of this same judiciary they are castigating now. What’s good for the goose…

IEBC, a supposedly independent institution as guaranteed in the constitution has been under siege from the opposition for the past 4 years but strange enough all of you up there have been very much ok with it.
Now that it’s the judiciary, feel free to flip your arguments and say what we have been saying all along.
Respect for whatever constitutional office or arm of government is paramount.

He knows the cookie is crumbling. Clutching on straws. He won’t win a war against the judiciary.
The chest thumping that I WILL NOT ACCEPT bla bla in front of a paid crowd just brought back memories of an era gone.

It was as unfortunate as it was laughable. “We won’t allow intimidation of the IEBC”. Loopholes being shut down one after another makes desperation and panic come out to the fore.

But Uhuru launched CJ Maraga while campaigning in kisii. Why is he attacking him now?

Chickengate scandal should have seen them all match out without being bundled out. But since this is Kenya, the same means that brought about the second liberation had to be applied. Institutions are as good as the members in them. The Hassan led team could not inspire confidence in the voters with the chickengate and malpractices brought forth in the 2013 polls.
But since this is a NASA vs Jubilee kinda argument, let’s throw all sanity out the window and be petty.

Rooney joins Everton

Recovered by the UK government. How far has our ‘independent’ judiciary gone in jailing the Kenyan suspects.

They didn’t lead to the death.
This caused the death.

Prosecution is by DPP how is pro Jubilee and investigation is by DCI …He will not file a strong case aganist a co-thief…The courts only pass jugdement based on evidence and applicable law…If a weak case is brought before the courts…Its drags on for years
