Judge who ruled in favor of Sakaja wasn't supposed to be on duty on the date of ruling

Kenyans can now see UDA for what it really is, even the judge involved in the Sakaja case is a con.

Wait a minute? What’s wrong with this issue? Has the court said that the orders did not come from the court???

I don’t think there’s a law that limits what time a judge goes to work.

A judge must not only avoid being biased but even avoid the mere “perception” of bias

This is similar to the way A.G Kihara Kariuki in 2017 got a judge to rule at night against Justice Odunga’s judgement regarding returning officers.

Not sure I agree with this analogy. Is the judge applying the rule of law, is more important than perceptions. Bias can be challenged on Appeal. But lawyers wouldn’t even bring up an argument about work hours because that has no legal basis.

Nonsense

Oh ok so the law operates “twedii foo seven" like an Emergency ward.
