When did jubilee say it wants the elections manual? To you what does a back up mean?
elections have always been manual, voter registration, voter identification and results transmission are supported by technology! get that into you heads cordiots…
we need to start making this journalists accountable.

I’m surprised you didn’t even get the gist of the thread but have gone ahead to… Anywho, I do not expect much, so…
@Ruffneck my friend, stop letting me down even if it is spinning…
IEBC operates like a government agency, it is impossible for them to move at the same pace as a political party.
more like surprised by the sweep! back up for the process supported by technology will remain just that; backup. in case of any difficulties then we have a fall back plan.
wetu wetu, tulia
So what has been spun here, mister?
:D:D:D:D:D:D:D Propaganda fail, for official Jubilee Party position listen to Tuju, Majority Leader Duale (not a fake voice clip on the internet) DP Uncle Ruto and President Uhuru. Media interpretation, skewed imaginations from opposition leaders/supporters don’t count. Meanwhile the sweeps here have made my day. Common sense is no longer common. The backup system was requested by IEBC if all the electronic system fails from mobile networks, satellites etc. It was passed by the legal affairs committee of Parliament made up of all party members in the house. At the floor of the house the opposition party leaders called to instruct its members to reverse their earlier decision to see if this matter can be politicised to look for leverage (nusu mkate or delay the elections which they aren’t ready for). It failed and both houses accepted IEBC recommendations on the back up system legalising it’s use if it’s ever comes to that.
Jubilee or Cord… You still get a rebranded KANU at the end of the day.
Shifting goalposts now are we?
How so ?
