Jubilee struggling to get projects to talk about… for a 2 trillion plus budget for development in 4 years you shouldn’t be mentioning village roads as part of development… its not the mentality for only appreciating big things ( @gashwin come give me a word for that ) … I expect the usual God Complex ridden response.

@spear seriously thats a pavement not a road anyway niambie the kisumu Kakamega webuye kimilili bungoma road imefika wapi nijue kama sirikali inatuangalia .

A tarmacked road of a thousand miles begins with one step.
Key word here is “Maintenance” but i will leave that for the residents to decide whether the like it or not, if it helps them or not and if the deserve it or not.

That Kisumu-Kakamega-Bungoma-Kitale road has been under construction for the last one year and progressing well. I will soon post new pictures. I had already done the same in Jan 2017. It even has new interchanges in Kitale.
how are you maintaining a road that is not even one year old, the DLP is not even over

Oparanya ni mwizi though am from Bungoma i have close ties with Khalwale who is trouncing Oparanya by a huge margin , next year procurement Kakamega ntakuwa bigwig .

Its even worse it started in 2010 won by the late jacob juma who subcontacted to a local firm. It stalled several times due to disagreements among themselves and KeNHA sued both of them to end the contract. The court ruled in favour of Gok in 2014, it was readvertised, tendered and given to a new contractor. All that work continues now.
