By 11pm watu wamelala and Kenya power people have switched it back on. Less demand at that time means it stays on. Kwanza those instant showers when they are switched on at the same time after people get home. Ambia landlord afwatilie na Kenya power they upgrade your power lines from low to high capacity. It might also need a bigger transformer.
