This parastatal started building this development in 2015 so babuon supporter try something more creative than it was his dream to have this built. They decided to do a residential project to diversify its investment portfolio and stake a piece of the good real estate boom at the coast which has been triggered by the massive infrastructure projects in the region.

Does the Kenyan coast have enough high rollers like Nairobi to fill in all those apartment blocks being developed?

Yes it does, the seasonal tourists find it cheaper to buy apartments as a second (holiday) home than pay daily hotels bills for the months they stay here.
