What I admire about Jubilee govt is their commitment to bring development to all of Kenya, even Opposition areas. They don’t consider it a waste of money. Kudos!!
We are all tax payers and UhuRuto have a good heart. I have serialized all developments done in all 47 counties just to drive that point home.
Why would they consider it a waste of money? Are people in the in opposition exempted from paying taxes?

The most densely populated county in Kenya has to be Kisii and they are economically empowered. Imagine cost of land acquisition in that area.
