Good job by the government for walking the talk. Watu wengine have been in government for many years and they have nothing to show for it.

Just look at the numbers in northern Kenya, over 200% increase of mothers who otherwise gave birth at home or clinics decided to give birth in Public hospital. On average countrywide its at +100%. Service to the people Kenya nzima.
