The Presidency choppers all have coat of arms which means only the Commander in Chief can be carried with his staff. Protocol also dictates they can’t be in the same means of travel due to succession issues. DP Uncle Ruto used the Army chopper once during SGR inauguration being flown from one station to the other since they couldn’t ride it at the same time.
That’s an IP, in the next 10 years she could be riding in one.
