President Uhuru launched construction works of the Ibokolo-Indangalasia-Malaha roads in Shianda, Mumias and addressed residents. Our aim is to come up with projects that are beneficial to Kenyans. Improved roads can increase opportunities for trade and investment. The opposition is claiming that we have taken long to tarmac these roads and yet they did not do so when they were in power for more than 30 years.

They addressed wananchi at Muslim Girls School in Mumias. They have called on opposition leaders to spare Kenyans the destructive politics they engage in every election year. They should instead engage in politics based on policies and should recognize that political rivalry is not equal to enmity.
