jubilee has great ideas, but their thieves have greater pockets

21B for a 150km road ?

You tell us Mr know it all

Hapa uko number blind… Where has the 43km disappeared to?.. Any way for 193km for 21b(sh 108m per kg) ,first that place materials wise is not friendly and if it’s set up to international standards for highways then it’s in within the budget, if flood floor are met, bridges, crossways et tra.

I see both of your comments but I don’t see the question your are answering to. Anyway Its only the ignorant who think that every road is a straight line and all features of the road are the same despite locality. Their is nothing like dividing a road per kilometer at a cost. The soil sample, material availability on site or not, topography either hilly, flat, flood plains or not etc. Security and local demands on the projects I.e markets, water pans etc. Once all that is known then the design of the road can be done and the bill of quantities determined. The number of culverts, elevation of the road or not etc will be determined by the study.
