What is the handcheque? Its RAT getting payoffs periodically to tow the line. What I love about it is how its ignored or swept under the carpet by all anti-corruption campaigners here, media, civil society and envoys. RAT said he will not allow any projects to take place if he is not incorporated. Its was sabotage and he got his way. Frankly I’m happy that development projects are back on schedule. However don’t expect OPP and DCI to investigate this, they will be history if they even look at that direction. Notice the peace building initiative committee is basically dragging and doing nothing except some few boardroom meetings. Its just a cover, nothing done there is to benefit the people. The concerned if sorted so who else matters.
