On phase 1 Jkia-Likoni road & Likoni road-ABC place there is none. Phase 3 ABC place-Rironi should be ongoing. I saw road reserve was been cleared.
It should be since its Design, Engineering, build, operate and Transfer. I thing Gov role is guarantee and land acquisition.

Have you seen a feature by some media company where a bus gets stuck in the mud and women have to help the men push a bus, not a car, a bus. Then after all their efforts they still get stuck and have to spend the night in the bus, and it starts raining , meaning the day is gonna repeat itself .
