Nakumbuka working for companies, and my healthcare was covered at 70%. That 30% was out of pocket. One time I had surgery total cost 80,000 my out of pocket was 20k. Kuuliza employer, HR walinitumia brochure Za charity organizations Ati niwaulize. And all I wanted was a loan from pension plan.

I was on jubilee insurance before it became a joke and they covered everything besides dental work and optical care.
Glad to know even in these ‘first world’ countries trash systems exist.
I worked for some of the best companies. Best provide 80% coverage. However that 20% is actually less ( there’s a way to calculate). And you have to pay premiums per month. Akuna kitu free.
Uk/Germany/Canada great healthcare, But wanakanyagwa tax. For example Canada is oil rich and few citizens. Instead of affording their citizens opulent lifestyles like mongers in Dubai, they subsidize their healthcare systems. @Jack_Black
