Recently I got my job termination letter. I was told to sign the letter then come for my dues end month. If the company doesn’t pay what is the best course of action? Note it is an indian own company

If he doesn’t pay, forgive him and walk away.
They’ll pay you. You can still sue them if they did not follow the law. But just know that if you sue right now, your case will be heard after very many years since these days every Kenyan is suing. In the meantime get yourself a job or another source of income
