am not an HR consultant so am not the best or most qualified person to help you do that. There are firms and consultants that can help you with that and i believe most of them dont charge for the consultation, they only charge after they have given your recommendations which you have to ok then commission them to do the work. Pole, i know someone will ask how a jobless guy is going to get money for the service but unfortunately that the world we live in, you need money to make money

I gave my CV to one of those HR specialists.Woiii I have not gotten a single interview invite when I use them,only when I use my old CV is when I get invited to some extent second interview tunakosania salary.I will never rely on them.But thats me.

this is one frustrating experience in life. You apply for a job you have qualified for and dont get an invite for interview. You finally decide to be applying for jobs you are overqualified for.
Few months ago we applied for jobs we were well over qualified at chuka university.
Anyone with info if successful applicants were called for interviews.
