Job Summary
This role will be responsible for developing the strategy used in marketing the company’s products and services through a variety of digital channels, utilizing such techniques in the field as social media, Web analytics, e-mail marketing and search engine optimization, among others.
We’re looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs.
The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the retail sector, to support sales.
Applicants with experience working in creative teams and designing with other professionals will be given prime consideration.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

[li]Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics[/li][li]Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website design[/li][li]Consult with the company’s marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our corporate culture and goals[/li][li]Create PSDs for visual layout of web pages and convert each design into HTML and CSS[/li][li]Maintain and update all JQuery plugins for website[/li][li]Implement and maintain high-quality SEO policies and incorporate them with content produced for the website[/li][li]Remove any “dead” links immediately and respond to issues with site functionality[/li][li]Create mock-ups for proposed project pages and update them as needed[/li][li]Deliver business performance through development of the E-Commerce and digital Marketing plan as part of overall marketing strategy[/li][li]Co-ordination of marketing campaigns across all channels of the marketing mix[/li][li]Monitoring and analysis of campaign results to continuously optimize performance[/li][li]Maintaining vendors’ accounts, guiding them on how to use the platform to the fullest[/li][li]Preparing weekly and monthly reports[/li][/ul]
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

[li]Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline with relevant experience[/li][li]Specialist level skills in at least one of the following PPC channels; Facebook, Instagram, AdWords, Display.[/li][li]Familiarity with web analytics platforms, in particular Google Analytics and Marketplace Analytics and social media[/li][li]Proficiency with ASP.net web forms[/li][li]Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with mock-ups, web design and multimedia presentation[/li][li]Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript[/li][li]Experience working with WordPress templates[/li][li]Experience with projects concerned with improving conversion rate either in part or whole of funnel i.e. improving advert CTR, or improving overall conversion rate.[/li][li]Sound business judgement and exceptional attention to detail[/li][li]Strong interpersonal & exceptional communication skills[/li][li]Self-motivated, creative, collaborative and interested in emerging digital trends[/li][li]Knowledge of content marketing a plus[/li][li]Adaptive design eye and skill[/li][li]Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients[/li][/ul]
