There was a place huko near Fogo Gaucho, I went there for a few weeks and I said never again. It’s like a human anaconda weighing you down and pulling your limbs apart. Plus my hands were getting really sore, holding the gi really hurts if you have soft hands. Still have my gi though :D. But you can try. Oss.

You mean subdue. But, just a word. Self defence is not about fighting or putting others down. The wrong attitude toward martial arts could get you badly injured or killed. The streets are very mean. Learn it to use it effectively, but only if you must defend your life.
