Jirongo had caused another accident while drunk in the same vehicle. He seriously injured two people hapo Gigiri, I don’t know if they are alive.
He was given a chance to rectify and he chose otherwise.

Impact at an angle?
Possible!! If Jirongo veered to the right last minute, would the damage not be more on the left of his car?
If he veered to the left last minute, that would be consistent with the damage we see on his car. However, would the damage on the bus not be more towards its right?

Tow things, the angle of the car at impact. As well as the position of the car/ma3 on the road impact. Either one may not have been centered.
They’ll simply file it under speeding since the speedo (assuming this is an analogue dashboard) will be stuck at the deceleration speed as per the impact moment.
Sounds reasonable. They say Cyrus left Karen for his Girigiri home at 1130 pm and the accident happened 245 am in Naivasha on the return circuit.
It actually is possible to make that journey and be where he met his demise in that time frame

Kuna mtu ako na any scientific knowledge, of how the out come of that accident was supposed to be ?
Keeping in mind we lack all basic data at this point, i.e the speed of both cars and breaking force of the same at the time of the accident.
The gradient of the road, weight of both cars, visibility of the area …
