Do these guys really care about client affairs? They are lethargic in their response to customer complaints, staff not picking calls after availing their numbers to you.
As much as Safaricom has monopolistic characteristics, I give it to them on customer responsiveness, I eat humble pie and go back to them.
I would not mourn JTL’s demise from the market.
Where you have jamii, you most likely have Telkom. Try it. Safaricom should be the last option.

The only thing I know is that reaching the guy via social media platforms works better than calling customer care…
I needed a new installation a week ago and called jamii… Was kept waiting/on hold for 10 minutes plus till I gave up and went with an alternative provider

Anywhere else is better off. JTL is the worst provider in zis country.
I think it’s due to demotivation. Employees huko are grossly underpaid na mishahara huchelewa sana.
For them, sense of urgency does not exist…you work within their timelines.
