It's time to relook at Kenya's allegations against Somalia

With increasing exposure of how deep and connected Somalian people are in matters corruption across the world and in their homeland, Federal Republic of Somalia, isn’t it a good time to look again at Kenya’s allegations as presented in various documents at the ICJ?

Kenya claimed:

  1. That certain officials in the government of Somalia, and they mostly hold dual nationality schemed on how to weep nationalism emotions and corruptly acquire resources of Somalia.

So while they formed briefcase companies through proxies and awarded themselves oil blocks, they looked at possible decoys.

One such decoy was the maritime boundary between Somalia and Kenya. While an MoU had been agreed on how to settle the matter, they incited the mostly illiterate Somalians and told them that Kenya is stealing their ocean. Take note the world is sharing the ocean and that particular area never belonged to anyone save the local Bajunis and waamu.

They then collaborated with some British politicians to get international force and filed the case at the ICJ where a Somalian judge sat.

Somalia acted in bad faith, knowing very well international law on how to claim the sea can be twisted in her favor, disregarding local context.

Its time to get them negotiate and conclude a treaty with Kenya that respects Kenya’s sovereignty.

We should simply eradicate those skinny dogs the way Kremlin hounds kina @Lord_Wanaruona are finishing Ukrainians
