It's expensive life in Kenya

Last week I saw my favorite biscuit costing 450 and the last time I remembered buying it, it was 250. It was jarring. Just a kawaida packet it’s not a jumbo packet. Some months back I bought some hair products to keep after I realized that it had doubled in cost, right now it’s three times the cost. It’s now not even 6% but retailers are moving prices from 100% to even 200% price increase.

With the simple application of basic , inexpensive technologies, this Nation can have a surplus of basic foodstuffs and plenty to export in under 5 years …

Without any expensive imported inputs …
