I absolutely get where this guy is coming from , problem is (atleast here in Kenya) you help a client with something that wasn’t your area and the chap now thinks thats your responsiblity ! I have learnt to tell them I too don’t know anything about that I just know my area of expertise.
Eg you design a website, register a domain and create emails for a fellow. You show them how to configure outlook.
After a week phone call we can’t access our mail ! on ur side you see all servers are ok their webmail is ok , you decide to be a dear and hook up on teamviewer and sort them out , tomorrow another call our pastel accounting can’t print since used Teamviwer yesterday to sort outlook!:mad::mad: Shenzi types
