If it was me in charge, mnakumbuka the loud Nigerian bastard mwenye alikuwa akitusiana kwa club Kilimani when county officials went there due to noise complaints, that fool would have been found dead.
I have no problem with foreigners. Lakini heshima idumu. They need to know they exist in our country because we allow them to and we should be extremely violent to those who misbehave. Somehow, Kenyan government doesn’t seem to care no wonder a kamba was killed by somali herders and we did nothing.
