They were involved to try and break the impasse. The problem is Kalonzo and Mudavadi. They have taken a hardline stance. NASA cannot survive without the two. Sometimes in a stalemate, you bring in an âindependentâ party to help.

i think that status quo will be maintained, in 2013 there was better propaganda ; icc cases but they still voted for uhuruto. at this time i dont think panpaper will be enough propaganda

Propaganda example you will rebuild Panpaper and employ 10,000 people. Government will buy all surplace sugarcane, Government will build 3 new sugarcane plantsâŚetc etc. Its hard for locals to identify with ICC.

Kisii was locked in NASA until ODM wakaanza ujinga ya direct nominations. Fununu is that most of the incumbents are unpopular lakini hii mambo ya direct nomination could cause people to stay home or vote elsewhere.

govt buys their maize every year at very good prices every year. then support in terms of seeds+fertilizer (inputs) subsidies. kuna milk coopetives huko doing very well.
