It baffles me

The way people do take some things for granted. Anything that a Kenyan has the chance to change will always end is disaster. Things like email addresses, phone numbers, spouses, residences, e.t.c a Kenyan will change without considering future consequences.
Take for example during the KRA pin rush period, people will casually tell you that sina hiyo email, ama hiyo number niliacha kutumia kitambo ikablock and other stories.
Right now there is a project for farmers here at the coast where the govt funds households with farm inputs i.e seeds, fertilizers, seeds, labour and insurance. Some are going to miss on this since they no longer have the phone numbers they used three years ago. Miaka tatu mtu amebadilisha number mpaka akaisahau.
It still baffles me.
