Based on what we have seen, we can say that if Tehran decides to seriously strike the center of Tel Aviv, it has a fairly high chance of achieving direct hits on the city center with a mass launch. The same applies to western Jerusalem.
Iran has demonstrated that strikes on Israel are quite possible and, most importantly, there are opportunities to overcome the consolidated air defense of the US and Israel, while without the US, Israel’s air defense is weak against spam attacks and the use of hypersonic missiles.
