This marrying your cousin issue is mostly practised in India, Pakistan area, with Arabs as well but not as much from what I’ve gathered .
Africans and the rest of the world don’t practice it .

No.They do not.However,they do import wives from India.Cousin marriage is non existent amongst Hindus here.Maybe Muslim Indians.
