So-called Islamic State group (IS) has shifted its propaganda distribution to the secure mobile messaging app Telegram from Twitter, where its accounts have been repeatedly shut down over the past year. Hata mimi nashangaa… the issue is not stopping them from communicating, by then its already too late, but addressing the issues and strategies that lead to the formation of such groups
But still, wouldn’t that be the easiest way for the Security agencies to pinpoint and track the group members? All they would need to do is infiltrate the group.
