ISIS use Telegram to communicate

So-called Islamic State group (IS) has shifted its propaganda distribution to the secure mobile messaging app Telegram from Twitter, where its accounts have been repeatedly shut down over the past year. IS and other jihadist groups appear to be exploiting new functionality introduced by the app last month, which allows users to broadcast their messages to an unlimited number of members via their own Telegram “channel”. http://www.bbc.com/news/technology-34466287

I also heard they use play station to transmit their propaganda. How they do it, I don’t know

Hata mimi nashangaa… the issue is not stopping them from communicating, by then its already too late, but addressing the issues and strategies that lead to the formation of such groups

Gamers watwambie

But still, wouldn’t that be the easiest way for the Security agencies to pinpoint and track the group members? All they would need to do is infiltrate the group.

You can connect with other players all over the world kutumia net… it’s like K-Talk lakini mnaongea na microphones/microphones ama pia typing alafu mnaeza “sync” mkacheza kama team hivi.

I don’t know… lakini I don’t think so. These people don’t care so sio lazima. It is like skyping tu.

End to end encryption is useless if an outsider is a member.
