Seems a little cheap, I’ve seen apartments with lesser quality going for 20M.

There are no crazy offers here. Those are normal market offers, I find them expensive for such shady finishes

Kununua apartment ni upuss. 7.9 million three bedroom na ukitaka kufanya birthday party unajulisha Kila ghaseer hadi watchie. Ukikosa kulipa service fee hata soja hakufungulii gate…unajifungulia mwenyewe. Upuss.

7.9 will turn out to be around 8.5 after stamp duty, legal fees and etcetera. Not a bargain at all for a 3bd in that location.

My brain tells me its foolish to invest 8m in some shady neighborhood just to try and save rent , i can ivest that 8m well inilipie 40 -80k in some good neighborhood watoto wako na shule karibu its safe ata ukitravel nisafe ,as they say let the money work for you.

Huyu mjamaa ni developer trying to sell his shit. A+ for creativity, but huku elders tuko sharp and we can smell bs from galaxies away No way anybody would think this is a steal. I have seen better at cheaper prices.
