is the uber business worth it?

Would you advise anyone to invest into the business right now? Kuna around 970k inaniwasha kwa account and at the rate i keep on withdrawing for ‘emergencies’ i might blow it soon. Investing in security bonds was watered down in a debate here so any other viable business?

Uliza @Freyja yale masaibu alipitia.
If you’re not driving that vehicle then investing in Uber issathrow.

Think long and hard before you venture into the Uber business.

@Pomegranates bought a used toyota vitz using his entire savings, abused his bosses mother and quit his 9 to 5 job to work as a full time Uber driver.

Few months later, the bogi benda has to sell fresh fruits and gumboots from the boot of his vehicle since the Uber business proved to be unprofitable.

His breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner consist of mutura, cabbage and daima milk.

Nani alitombea mwingine bibi ,kati yako na @Pomegranate ,hii vita yenu has drawn my attention na ninaona niingilie katikati. It has been going on for quite sometime to go unnoticed

Almost all uber drivers I’ve engaged hunisho wanamake over 100k in profit. So weigh the figures and decide.

If it’s per month walikudanganya

Tell us more Mr. Okiya.

How much do you make as a uber driver?

I thought with your FBI skills you’d know. Usiangushe villagers. This is another opportunity for you to shine

Walipata ng’ombe ya kudanganya.

Are you aware that uber deducts 20% of your earnings from EVERY ride?

Are you aware of the costs of fueling & maintaining a vehicle?

You’d be very lucky to make 30K on a good month.

wewe ukiwaangalia wanakaa 100k?

:D:D

Liars !

On a normal month how much do they make?

with the ongoing curfew it’s a miracle if you get 40k a month from your driver.

Except if you are @Pomegranates

Uber is no longer a bizness you can rely on, in reality what you get is only the depreciation compensation of your car. Nowadays people who do uber are mostly those who have lost jobs or biz but own a car. I did uber in year 2015 to 2017, by the end of 2017 it wasn’t paying well.

Ngombe ni wewe cyber boi

Mi ivo ndio niliambiwa na ivo ndio nasema…mambo ya kuwaangalia io sijui

We ntakupiga mangoto wewe

That was way back in Feb na the curfew was still zea…but what striked me is the uniformity in their testimonials.

Anyway, we are all dealing with probabilities here. The only way to know is to hear from an actual uber driver/owner. So mtu ako na uber tafazali toa maoniz
