MM recently announced he is returning to Kenya this month. Am I rational in worrying about his welfare upon getting back to the country? Just the other day his car was mysteriously impounded in Nairobi. You can bet the policemen must have thought he was riding in that car after mysteriously slipping in!!
Miguna is bold in a “reckless” kind of way. Away from Kenya, he poses no threat to the regime. However, is the Kenyan security apparatus comfortable with his boldness within the country’s boundaries? Will they allow him to enjoy his right to free (but often belligerent) speech?
Somebody powerful in Kenya needs Miguna back, and they have decided he could be of use at this particular juncture. Its anyones guess who that person/people is.
For example, people fighting an underground war against the BBI - Handshake can certainly benefit by having him here.
At this point he’ll probably be doing someone’s bidding if he’s let in and doesn’t get deported.
