Fwakin! Nairobi should be decentralised!

Gari ndio zimekua cheap

Lots of free County money floating around.

Jana afternoon nilipitia uhuru highway and traffic ilikuwa poa sana. Thika road ndio inakaa kumeharika. Hata traffic ya hapa lenana school as you are coming from Karen siku hizi siioni

Kesho ni kichomoka 5am

hio hata iko poa, hujawai angalia map ukaona barabara zote ziko red na uko na haraka ya kufika mahali

unachomoka na black mamba nini?

Jana nikienda airport nilipata jam imeanza trm @7am!!! Nikaona hii ni umeffi.
Baba dogo hadi outer ring. Am glad roundi za cbd nilitupilia mbali

Hio iko zoomed out kabisa…zooming in ilikuwa dark red kila mahali

It’s always red. Either leave very early (5) or very late (10). Or in between around 1130-midday

Sheki maneno.

siku hizi mata maids wanatumwa kulipa rent na extra car.

I thought with devolution many folks would move to the counties but it seems the reverse is happening. Those who get county tenders flock the city to source for materials while others come in to enjoy their loot.

Wakijua vile watu wengine tumechoka na hii city.

Siku hizi Thika Road ni balaa. Jam starts from the Githurai Overpass na saa hio ni 6.10am

Hii ni gani kondrakta

I’m in UK (United Kisumu) so I can’t relate.

We have a very low concentration of cars compared to other countries. we have no roads. Even that Thika road feeds none existent roads. six or seven lanes feed three at pangani. And then six feed into khoja roundabout that is packed with matatu. similar situation at allsops and at roysambu for out of town traffic. people going to so many places have to touch thika road. the same situation with uhuru highway and mombasa road. Nairobi probably needs twice the number of roads it has right now.

makes sense!
