Is he Dr Ruto or President Ruto?

How do we address our leader? If the presidency is an academic job, he would be Dr Ruto. But since being president eclipses any academic title, should we not simply call him President Ruto? This usage of “The President, Dr William Ruto” is kinda rubbing it in for many of us that will neither become prisident nor hold an academic title

By the way, is there a thesis repository at the University of Nairobi where one can look up the academic work of our obviously brilliant president. What was the subject area and who had the unique responsibility of “supervising” the President’s work? Could he even afford to say no?

“President Dr. William Samoei Ruto” a mouthful to say the least.

Dr.El Hadj

Boss, siku izi uko na machungu sana na PORK

Not at all, hawa majamaa lazima tuwapee majina zao.
President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta was Mlevi1, Konyagi, Jayden or Pharaoh
President Dr. William Samoei Kipchirchir arap Ruto definitely fits the name Nabii, arap Singh, Our Competitors, JSKSLMMNMT…and more as his term progresses.

Dr prophet president

President is superior to Dr. So, unless it is proven that he insists on being called President Dr. Ruto (which sounds a mouthful and silly), stick to H.E. President William Ruto. The same way it sounds silly when you call someone Prof (Dr.) Mrs. Nancy Wangui Waiganjo-Kinuthia!.. Just call her Prof. Nancy Waiganjo-Kinuthia…

mimi ndio president wa Ktalk

That is good, Your Excellency, Sir!
