I never slept yesterday during the day,came to bed at around 11:30pm jana,the rainy conditions would have soothed me to slumber but i have been awake since then.I have emptied all my makali bottles but I have realised i need more than what i had in stock to make feel tipsy.
The same thing happened last on the Idd night.

Do physical exercise for at least two hours during the day. Also drink a glass of milk and two bananas before going to bed. Avoid coffee or tea after six pm.
I used to have that propblem, and my work requires 100% attentiveness, I would go to bed at 11only to sleep at about 3 AM when at times am required at work at 6. Weed ndio dawa, a few puffs and you sleep like a baby!!
this is actually how i got insomnia. It gets to a point where if you dont work out, you can stay in bed without actually sleeping till morning. Your body will soon become tolerant to exercising, and soon you will need to be doing a serious work out before going to bed. Not everyone can achieve this.
